Pixwox Moved to Pixnoy: Pixwox Alternatives
Pixwox now shows a 'this website has moved' notice pointing to Pixnoy. What changed, why Pixnoy may not load, and Pixwox alternatives for public profiles.

Pixwox alternatives are what many former Pixwox users end up looking for, because Pixwox is no longer where it was. When we opened pixwox.com on 3 November 2026, its page said "This website has moved" and pointed to Pixnoy at pixnoy.com, asking visitors to update their bookmarks. Pixnoy refused our automated check (it answered with an access-denied response), so we could not confirm whether it works for everyone. If it does not load for you either, this guide covers what happened and which alternatives work for public Instagram accounts.

What happened to Pixwox
Pixwox was a free Instagram viewer and downloader: type a username, browse a public profile's photos, videos, reels and stories, and save them, without an Instagram account. Its page still describes that, but with a move notice on top naming Pixnoy as the successor.
Search interest had been fading for a long time before the move. On Google Trends, "pixwox" peaked in December 2022 and has been near the bottom of the scale in 2026. Searches for "pixnoy", "pixnoy not working" and "pixnoy alternative" now appear in Google's suggestions, which tells you the new name has not settled in smoothly.
Why do viewers rename and move? Free viewers live on ads and on reading Instagram's public pages. Domains get blocked by networks or browsers, reading breaks when Instagram changes something, and a fresh address is sometimes the easiest restart. We did not find a public explanation from Pixwox itself.
If Pixnoy does not load
- Make sure you typed pixnoy.com exactly. When a viewer moves, look-alike domains appear, and some of them push downloads or ask for logins.
- Try a private browser window and turn off your ad blocker for the site.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data; some networks block viewer sites.
- If it still fails, use an alternative below rather than a copycat found in search ads.
Pixwox alternatives (checked 3 November 2026)
All of them are for public accounts only and none needs your Instagram login.
Dumpor
Dumpor is the broadest free option: profile, story, reels, highlights and tagged viewers, a story downloader, and a followers and following viewer. It says "Public profiles only" and "No login required for any tool". The old Greatfon and Smihub addresses now redirect to it; see Dumpor alternatives.
Mollygram
Mollygram covers what Pixwox was best at: public stories, highlights, reels, photos, videos and profile pictures, searched by username or link.
StoriesIG
StoriesIG is stories-first, with highlights, reels, posts and profile pictures, free and with no registration.
AnonyIG
AnonyIG is a free story viewer with highlights and reels, "No paywall, no premium plan".
SpyFollr
SpyFollr is a different kind of tool, so it only replaces part of Pixwox. It has no photo grid, no post downloads and no reels feed. What it does:
- Public stories in an app. The SpyFollr iPhone app and web app play the active stories of public accounts. You are not signed in to Instagram, so your account never appears in their viewer list. The web app can save a story.
- Who someone follows, and who is new. Type a public username to see the Following and Followers lists. SpyFollr keeps a record of the accounts it has seen; on your next look, newcomers are marked as new and dated the day SpyFollr first saw them. That is the only honest date available: the real follow time is not public.

What to check before you trust a new viewer
When a well known viewer moves, its old visitors scatter, and new sites compete for them with near-identical names and promises. A few minutes of checking saves trouble later:
- Look for a plain statement of limits. The viewers listed above all say they work with public accounts only. A new site that promises "any profile" is telling you it is not genuine.
- Search one account you know well. If its latest public story or post is missing, the viewer is serving stale copies.
- Watch what it asks for. A viewer needs a username, nothing else. Requests for your Instagram login, your phone number, a browser extension or a "free app" are the red flags.
- Notice the ads. Every free viewer runs ads; a page where you cannot find the search box among pop-ups is not worth the risk.
- Keep a backup. Viewers fail on different days. Two bookmarks beat one.
About private accounts and "unlock" sites
The most common follow-up search to any viewer closing is "private Instagram viewer". Instagram's help page on public and private accounts explains that a private account's posts and follower lists are visible only to people it has approved. Sites that claim otherwise make money from surveys, app installs or stolen logins. Never give one your Instagram password.
Looking at a public profile is ordinary; it is public by the owner's choice. If someone has made it clear they do not want attention, leave it there. Anyone looked up on SpyFollr can ask not to be listed (section 10 of our privacy policy).

Is Pixnoy the same as Pixwox?
Pixwox's page names Pixnoy as its new address and asks users to update bookmarks. We found no other statement about the change.
Why does Pixnoy not work for me?
It may be blocking your network or browser, it may be temporarily unable to read Instagram, or you may be on a look-alike domain. Try the steps above, then an alternative.
What is the best Pixwox alternative?
For photos and videos: Mollygram or Dumpor. For stories: StoriesIG or AnonyIG. For who someone follows, with new names marked: SpyFollr.
Is it safe to use Pixnoy or other Pixwox alternatives?
Use only viewers that need nothing but a username. Never enter your Instagram password, skip app installs and survey walls, and type the address yourself instead of clicking look-alike ads.
Can any Pixwox alternative see private accounts?
No. Private content is shown only to approved followers, and no honest viewer gets around that.
